Leveling guide for newbie.

1. You can following quest step by step until level you can join Party Quest.
2. Once you reach the level and can do Party Quest you can find other player together do PQ or you like doing quest leveling also can, its take more time only. ( I suggest do quest for leveling can get some stuff. )
